i. Applications for account opening are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ii. Applications submitted between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. are normally processed and approved within 2 hours from Monday to Friday, excepting public holidays.

Clients can visit the account opening application page and click on 'Application Status'. Find out your application status by entering the last 6 digits and/or letters of your identitication document.

Clients will receive a confirmation email with detailed information and guidelines about the various personalized services we offer as soon as the application has been approved.

You can view or edit your personal information by either signing in to our website or to the Plotio Global APP. 

Please make sure your pictures meet the upload requirements. (Only JPEG/PNG/JPG file formats are accepted. Each file MUST be under 10MB.) If the problem persists, please try using other browsers and make sure the operating system on your computer or smartphone has the latest updates installed.

Please visit the sign-in page of our website and click on ‘Forgot my password’ to reset your password. You can also contact our online client services representative to reset your password.

After signing in to our client portal website, click on ‘Deposit’ to fund your account. The amount will normally be credited to your account within 30 minutes upon confirmation of the received amount.

Deposits can be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY). For other currencies, please refer to the "Deposit" section of Client Portal.

Clients need to refer to the "Deposit" section of Client Portal for the minimum deposit amount for each transaction.

After signing in to our client portal website, click on ‘Withdrawal’ to initiate a withdrawal. Plotio will send out wires within 2 hours of your request; however, the time needed for an entry into your account varies depending on different banking organizations.

i. Withdrawal Application Time: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  
ii. Processing Hours: (Public holidays excepted.) 9.00 a.m. to 4.59 p.m. Monday to Friday. Requests made from 5.00 p.m. to 9.29 a.m. will be processed on the following working day. 

Guest users are welcome to use the Plotio Global APP to browse through relevant contents.

Clients can use the MT5 in the Plotio Global APP to trade and make transactions.

The Plotio Global APP currently supports iOS 15 or above as well as Android 8.0 or above. Users are advised to update their smartphone systems to the latest version to ensure better user experience.

Market orders of market execution are open to EA trading; however, we do not provide support of any kind in this domain. Please note that only the EA trading programs approved by MetaQuote Corp. Inc. will be recognized. Transactions made through any unofficially authorized programs may be seen as invalid. Plotio reserves the right to make the final decision.

Plotio currently operates using market execution for all trades. With market execution, once a client places an order, the system will execute it at the best available market price in the shortest possible time.

All Good-til-Cancelled (GTC) limit orders remain valid until manually cancelled by the client. Please note that pending orders will not be automatically cancelled before the market closes at midnight on Saturday or prior to holidays. However, all GTC limit orders will be cancelled during rollover periods.

In addition to the four standard pending order types – Buy Stop, Buy Limit, Sell Stop, and Sell Limit – we have introduced two further options: "Buy Stop Limit" and "Sell Stop Limit". This expansion provides clients with a total of six distinct pending order types for enhanced trading flexibility.

For example: Gold leverage is calculated as (Current Price × 100) ÷ 1000.

Should the current price stand at 1230, the leverage would be calculated as follows:
1230 × 100 ÷ 1000 = 1:123 leverage ratio.

Please note that leverage ratios are determined in accordance with prevailing market prices.

Margin ratio refers to the ratio of the client's net worth to the used margin. The ratio is as follows: Margin ratio = net worth/used margin X 100%
